In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll combine embroidery with electronic components to create a night sky with real twinkling stars!
On June 24th part 1 will covers the basics of embroidery, from threading a needle to making your first stitches. By the end of the workshop, we’ll use cross-stitching to create a starry sky.
On June 26th part 2 will give an introduction to electronics, then you’ll design your own circuit with conductive thread. Finally, we’ll program some LED's to give the stars a twinkling effect.
This event will run from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm both days. Please only sign up if you are able to attend both sessions.
